Curated routes through the Atlas
A pathway is a curated learning route through the Atlas. The concepts stay where they live; a pathway just sequences them in the order that builds understanding fastest.
Why pathways exist
The Atlas is large on purpose. Two hundred and sixteen concepts is a real map, not a listicle. But a map can be hard to start from when you're stuck on one thing. A pathway solves that. It picks the concepts that matter for a specific situation and lines them up so each one prepares you for the next.
How to use one
Pick the pathway that matches what you're working on, then take it one concept a day. Read in order. Each concept links back to its full page in the Atlas, so you can go as deep as you want and still keep your place in the route. There's no test and no streak to protect. The goal is understanding you can use, not completion.
How pathways relate to realms and frameworks
A realm tells you which part of the mind a concept belongs to. A framework shows how a few concepts combine into one model. A pathway is the guided walk that moves you through them in sequence. Same concepts, three different ways in, depending on whether you want the territory, the model, or the route.
Where pathways lead next
Pathways are the learning layer. When a pattern needs structured practice, shrinQ turns it into a repeatable routine. When you need help in the moment, Unstuck handles the hard minute. When attention is the problem, QuitScrolling protects it. And when you want clinical care, shrinkMD is there. ShrinkDaily teaches the concept; the rest of the network helps you act on it.
